Drinks and Cocktails for cold winter nights
Coconut Rum Eggnog

6 eggs
3/4 (750 ml) bottle white rum
28 oz. coconut milk
28 oz. evaporated milk
20 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. brandy
In a blender, blend the eggs and the rum at high speed.
Lower speed and add remaining ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.

Snowball

Ingredients:
2 Shots Warninks Advocaat
Top up Lemonade
0.25 Shot Lime Cordial
Shake the advocaat and lime juice together. Pour into an ice filled
highball. Top up with lemonade.

Winter Kiss Martini
1 1/4 ounces Stoli Razberi
3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
3/4 ounce white crème de menthe
3/4 ounce cranberry juice
Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Hot Buttered Rum

A warming winter drink. Into an Irish Coffee glass (or anything
similar, but it must be able to take the heat) add a large (50ml)
shot of dark rum and a tablespoon of sugar syrup. Add 3 cloves and a
cinnamon stick, and top up with boiling water. Add 2 teaspoons of
unsalted butter, and grate some nutmeg on top.

Blow Job Shooter

Well, it is Christmas! Into a shaker 2/3 filled with ice add ½ a
small shot each of the following - crème de banane, Grand Marnier
and Kahlua. Shake and strain into a large shooter. Drop a cocktail
cherry into the glass, and float single cream on top. Down in one.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients
Scale ingredients to servings
1 tbsp honey
3/4 glass tea
2 shots brandy
1 slice lemon
Brew tea and fill a tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in brandy
shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.
