Insomnia

I saw in someone's
blog today, that she has problems to sleep. I think that's a quite
commen problem these days. I will list a few things to try out. Maybe
one of it will help :)
Teas:
Lavender:
1 teaspoon of dried lavender blossoms, pour hot water over it and let it
steep 5-10 minutes.
If you need to sweeten it, use honey and not sugar.
Valerian:
1 teaspoon of dried valerian, pour hot water over it and let it steep
5-10 minutes.

Oils
How to use: 3-6 drops into the water filled dish of the oil burner. As
massage oil. There are several other ways, but for insomnia, this are
the 2 easiest ways.
Orange:
Effect: calms, warms, balance
Area of application: Insomnia, poor concentration, depressions, anxiety
Rose:
Effect: antidepressant, heart opening, uplifting, calming
Area of application: Anti-Depressant and aphrodisiac, sadness,
lovesickness, mourning, insomnia, nervous strain, jealousy
Sandalwood:
Effect: antidepressant, calming, anticonvulsant
Area to application: Sexual problems cause through depressions,
insomnia, stress, impotence, anxiety
Stones
I used to have a rose quartz in my hand, when falling asleep. It absorbs
negative vibrations. Good are also lapis lazuli, sapphire, aventurine,
biotite, jadeite. Put them next to your bed, or wear them as pendant.
