The Rose Exercise

 

This exercise is very good to get into spiritual contact with a beloved person you want to win for you or want to bind to you. Important is that you don't act under duress or any pressure, mentally and bodily. Be relaxed.
Choose an evening, where you didn't have much stress or trouble during day.
Prepare a warm bath and add some drops of rose oil
Now while enjoying the bath, focus on the person you want to reach, with your love. It is helpful if you can visualize their face in your mind.
After the bath, dress in something wide and comfortable and burn some incense
Lay onto your back, completely relax and breath deeply in and out a few times, till your body swings in the same rhythm as your breathing.
Now visualise the from you chosen person. Imagine the person, as vivid as possible, in their own room.
If that worked, talk to them. Tell them your wishes, hopes and about your feelings. Witness how the persons face changes, how he reacts on what you tell them.
Hold this pic as long as possible, without any pressure, till it resolves in itself. Let it fade slowly and turn your attention now to a blooming, bright red, covered in dew rose.
Take as much time as you need to visualise the rose in front of your inner eye, till its almost touchable.
In the middle of the rose you now let come up the face of the person you try to reach.
After a few minutes you talk again to the beloved person, if possible with his known to you pet name. Whisper silently, but loud enough that you can hear yourself, following chant:

(Name...)
I love you
I think of you
I'm here for you
I give you strength
I'm here for you
I'm connected with you - as you are with me...

This you repeat a few more times, without any doubts or insecurity and in full awareness, that the beloved person will receive your message and will understand it.

After a while, with more experience of this rose exercise, you will notice how much easier it is to visualise the beloved person. To draw their face into your mind. Use the love chant as often as you want, but you always have to be very relaxed. Only use it when you're really happy and satisfied with yourself.
With the constant use of the words, they will get embedded in your subconsciousness. You can chant them while on a walk in the nature, while driving or in the shower or when you have to wait somewhere a little longer.

I used this exercise while my bf and I where separated through continents and it worked quiet well :)
